I'm Cookie Lady Katy and here are a few things to know about me!

• Ever since I was a little girl, I have had a love for baking and dream of owning my own cookie company. Years ago, I did just that with the help of a partner and a borrowed kitchen at a local winery. My inspiration took a detour when I found a passion for wine that turned into a 20-year career. That was then and this is now. Bookending my wine journey with another cookie company seems the perfect fit. 

• My inspiration to bake: YOU! I truly love seeing the smiles my cookies bring to so many faces.

• My secret motivation: Rewarding myself with a nice glass of wine at the end of a long day in the kitchen.

• My keys to success: Use only the best ingredients, listen to your customers and keep believing in yourself. If you think you can, YOU CAN!

• My most memorable mistake: Forgetting I had 4 pounds of butter thawing on my patio only to find it had turned into a warm buttery slip ‘n slide! 

• My biggest “pinch me” moment: When I was contacted by the Denver Broncos organization to make custom cookies that are sold throughout the stadium during every home game. As a lifelong Bronco fan and sports fan in general, this is a dream that I’m still living and loving every minute of it!
